When you look at this brassard which was made (from the sleeve of an army shirt) for me before FCA summer camp in 1974 you can see why it is so hard to find the 16 Heavy Mortar Battery unit flash.  We wanted to keep our identity within the Regiment so we cut the top part of the old 16 H.M. Bty flash.
